The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. ACLS training provides students with in-depth technical knowledge they can use to support patients and deliver comprehensive care. The goal of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals who are experiencing a life-threatening event. ACLS is a series of evidence-based responses simple enough to be committed to memory and recalled under moments of stress.
It is recommended for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies and for personnel in emergency response. It should be mandatory for those who are working in the emergency department, intensive care unit and cardiac care units.
In short Workshops are just for presence, courses are to learn new skills. AHA courses are designed by highly qualified professionals. The teaching module, hands on, interactive sessions in presence of AHA instructors help to make concepts super easy to understand and students get the confidence to manage emergency in real scenario. There is difference between workshop and course. In AHA course, student need to clear the exam with at least 84% marks!
Worldwide valid BLS and ACLS Provider Card of AHA will be given ONLY to those students who pass written / skill exam conducted at the end of the course. Just attending the course may not be sufficient!!

If you are not able to pass the exam, you will be asked to appear in the exam again during the
next course dates. Remember, Just attending the course may not be sufficient, you need to
work hard during the course!
